Medication

Maintenance medications like Suboxone are utilized at this facility to help patients going through opioid detox. Psychotropic medications may also be prescribed to certain patients when necessary.

Behavioral therapy

Behavioral therapy can begin at West Park Behavioral Health when the patient has become stable enough to attend sessions. This treatment option can help the patient immensely by making the transition from detox to full addiction treatment much easier.

Group therapy for dual-diagnosis patients

Many individuals suffer from dual-diagnosis, which can make detox even more difficult. This type of therapy can be effective for those struggling with trauma, depression, and/or another mental health issue.
