About WestBridge

At Sabal Palms Recovery Center, clients have a structured environment to begin their recovery and reduce cravings. Residential, medical detox may include FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, and disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and strengthen their recovery. The program lasts 5 to 7 days.
After detox, clients transition into the inpatient program for continued support. Clients enroll in 12-step programs and other peer support groups, undergo individual, family, and group therapy, and develop life skills, and receive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients generally stay from 21 to 30 days. Sabal Palms Recovery Center may make referrals to outside facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.
