About Willingway
Willingway is a Joint Commission accredited rehab in Statesboro, Georgia. Their programs welcome adults battling addiction and dual diagnosis. They offer a full continuum of care, so you can participate in treatment at any recovery stage.
Whether you need 24/7 monitoring or want to live at home and attend treatment, their programs strive to help you reach your recovery goals. You can access specialized detox, short and long term inpatient rehab, various outpatient programs and continuing care. Each program blends therapeutic and holistic approaches to nurture your mind, body and soul and promote long term recovery.
When you first enter treatment they provide a comprehensive assessment to determine the best level of care for you. You’ll then benefit from a customized program with several approaches including individual, group, and recreational therapy; 12 Step meetings; and addiction education.
What stands out most to me is their low client to staff ratio. I think this shines a light on their dedication to personalized care. You’ll benefit from a dedicated team that sees you as an individual, understands your needs and has the capacity to help. Many of their staff members are in recovery. This is great because you can receive care and guidance from someone who’s been where you are and has come out on the other side.
Another amazing feature I noticed was their specialized methadone detox program. Detoxing from methadone can come with many physical and psychological challenges. Their program provides withdrawal management over 21 days. Their team constantly monitors you and adjusts your medications as needed. You’ll benefit from support in overcoming cravings and withdrawal symptoms to slowly taper off methadone.
An honorable mention is their recreational therapy approach. Their residential program offers impressive self care amenities including a fitness room, a hot tub, yoga classes and an indoor pool. You’ll also have access to offsite recreational events like bowling, movies and other local activities.
